Net Impact New Jersey Professional Networking Event
Net Impact is an international non-profit networking organization of socially- and environmentally-responsible business professionals. Come celebrate the holidays while networking with Net Impact New Jersey Chapter members and other socially- responsible business professionals in the Northern NJ area. You will also hear perspectives from an exciting panel of current professionals on career paths in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental Sustainability, Social Enterprise and Microfinance.

When: Wednesday, December 10th @ 6:30pm - Panel Discussion Event begins at 7pm
Moderator: Jeana Wirtenberg, Ph.D. - Director, External Relations & Services, Institute for Sustainable Enterprise, Fairleigh Dickinson University . Dr. Wirtenberg was instrumental in establishing the Institute for Sustainable Enterprise at FDU, and is lead editor of "The Sustainable Enterprise Fieldbook: When It All Comes Together," published by Greenleaf Publishing and AMACOM in 2008.

Panelists:
- Greg Barber - Founder & President of Greg Barber Company gregbarberco.com , based in Lincoln Park, an Environmental Printing Company that specializes in printing on 100% post-consumer recycled paper and tree free papers, using soy based inks and 100% non toxic toners. Greg will be speaking about careers in the Environmental Sustainability field.
- Dermot Murray - Manager for Employee Engagement at the Verizon Foundation www.verizon.com/foundation , the philanthropic arm of Verizon Communications, based in Basking Ridge. Dermot will be speaking about careers in the CSR field.
- Paul Quintero - COO and CFO of Accion www.accion.org , a nonprofit organization that provides loans and advisory services to underserved individuals and small businesses in the NYC area. Paul will be speaking on careers in the Microfinance sector.
- Warren Tranquada Partner at Aperio www.aperio.us/ , based in Newark, a consulting firm for social sector organizations. Warren will be speaking on consulting and the non-profit and social enterprise sectors.
There is a suggested donation of $5 to cover event costs. Complimentary appetizers will be served.
